The Delphi DS150E is an interface diagnostic scanner that works in conjunction with a laptop, the refurbished laptop is supplied with all necessary software preloaded. Works on 12V and 24V. This system offers total diagnostic coverage of all engine, chassis and body systems and gives a broad spectrum coverage on most passenger vehicle brands and trucks.
