The Caterpillar ET Interface Adapter II comes with a laptop, preloaded with relevant CAT diagnostic software.  

The laptop based service tools from CAT provides the capability to access ECM's, which enables the user to perform many job critical tasks. This is a brand specific interface scanner that only works on CAT machinery.

 

 

Features:

Retrieve prognostic data including histograms, engine totals for fuel used and distance traveled.
Display the status of a group of parameters ie. (temperatures, pressures, etc.).

View and clear active logged diagnostics.

Display the current configuration of an ECM to enhance performance and customize application-specific settings.

Identifies intermittent sensors and wiring problems during machine operation and keeps a record of each one.

Shows when a problem occurred and how often it occures.
